Limits on products
Limit how many a customer can buyCap how many of a product one order can hold, and how many each customer can buy across all their orders.
Set a minimum order or sell in packsMake shoppers buy at least a set number, or only in packs such as pairs or cases. Checkout refuses anything else.
Limit a whole collectionCap how many items one order can hold from a collection, all its products together. Ideal for new releases and drops.
Set limits for many products at oncePick several products on StockLock's Limits page and give them the same limits in one go.
Who can buy
Make a product members-onlyKeep a product for customers with a tag, such as members or VIPs, and show everyone else your own message.
Stop some customers buying a productStop customers with a tag, such as trade accounts, from buying one particular product.
Let wholesale or staff customers skip limitsChoose customer tags that skip quantity limits, so trade accounts or staff can buy as many as they need.
Block a customer from orderingStop customers with a tag from placing any order in your store, for example after abuse or chargebacks.
Your storefront
Choose where the limit note showsAdd the Limit note block to put the note exactly where you want it on your product pages.
Change how the limit note looksMatch the note to your theme automatically, copy the look of something on the page, or style it yourself.
Change the messages customers seeReword the cart and checkout messages in StockLock, and the product page notes in your theme editor.
Stop over-limit amounts going into the cartHave the cart refuse amounts over a limit, using your theme's own error messages, as well as blocking them at checkout.
Orders
Review orders that broke a limitIf an order ever gets past a limit, StockLock tags it and holds it so it isn't fulfilled until you've checked it.
Pause limits at checkoutSwitch checkout enforcement off for a while, for example for a staff sale, without losing any of your limits.
Count past orders for per-customer limitsPer-customer limits count purchases from when you installed StockLock. Recount the last 60 days to include earlier orders.
Drops
Run an invite-only dropMake a release invite-only: choose who's eligible, invite them, go live, then open it to everyone.
Open a drop on a scheduleSet a date and time for a drop to open to everyone, so it opens on time without you.
Show drop products on a collection pageWhile a link-only drop is invite-only its products are unlisted. The Drop products block still lists them on the drop's collection page.
