How support works
Support, sales and service email is handled by the StockLock team with the help of an automated assistant that drafts replies from our guides and documentation; the team reviews anything that isn't routine, and a person handles billing, legal and security matters. Our privacy notice says what that means for your data.
Reporting a security issue
Email security@stocklock.net with what you found and how to reproduce it. We acknowledge every report, investigate, and reply before anything is published. Please don't test against stores you don't own.
