Prices in US dollars. Shopify bills the subscription and adds any applicable taxes.
What counts as an order
Every order your store takes in a rolling 30 days, as Shopify counts them. StockLock checks once a day and shows the number on its Plan page.
Visits are never charged
Your limits run inside Shopify, so shoppers browsing your store never reach our servers. A busy launch day costs you nothing extra; only orders count.
Going over your plan
We'll let you know in the app and give you 30 days to move up. If you stay over, per-customer counting, order holds and scheduled drop openings pause until you do. Limits at checkout keep working throughout.
Pricing questions
When does the free trial start?
When you choose a plan in the app. You aren't charged during the 7 days, and you can cancel any time before they end. If you've used StockLock before, Shopify gives you any trial days you haven't used yet.
Can I change plan?
Yes, any time, from the Plan page in the app. Shopify handles the change and adjusts your bill.
What happens if I cancel?
StockLock stops enforcing limits and disappears from your storefront, but your limits and settings are kept. Choose a plan again and everything switches straight back on.
Is there a free plan?
No, but every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with all features.
